Hi Katie-Lyn, I just read the comment on my karma page and I just want to say SO SORRY! I wish you would have talked to me first before you left the karma so I could remedy it 100%. (Although thank you for leaving positive karma regardless of the situation). Let me say that I am usually VERY careful with my trade items, wrap them in tissue paper, ribbon, etc. and include a card with my phone number in case there are any issues. Honestly I've had a lot going on and have been shipping a LOT of rehashes so I can't remember what happened with yours. I may have even had a friend ship the package which I have been doing. Regardless, it is unacceptable that anything was broken and I apologize. I do not want you to be unhappy with my trades! If you check my karma and my ebay feedback you will see that everyone is usually above and beyond happy. So, please tell me what I can do to make it up to you. Send some free stuff in the mail? Email you over a paypal cash amount? Let me know and I will make it up to you. Sorry that in my haste to ship to you quickly your items were damaged and you feel were treated without care. Breigh
