Lauren by Ralph Lauren 2P khaki clamdiggers
Description
100% cotton in a classy, micro-rib twill. Side vents at the below-the-knee hem. Side pockets and button-through back pockets. I love the unique front closure, which is a streamlined metal clamp: I don't know what to call it, because I've never seen a closure like it! Light tan Ralph Lauren short pants or long shorts. Whether you want to call them "capris", "clamdiggers", or "crop pants", these are that perfect in-between when shorts aren't appropriate (or are too cool) but pants aren't right, either. The fabric has a subtle pinwale ridging to it, which gives them a soft, but not worn, texture. Side pockets and back pockets, side vents on legs and a tab front closed with a small, decorative metal catch. Adjustable D- rings on sides (small). 100% cotton, machine wash and dry. 2 Petite, it's also good for a curvy size 0 gal. I wear a 0 or XS, but these are cut for someone who is more curvy than me.

Banana Republic 3-season wool trousers sz. 2/0
Description
I adore these three-season wool Banana Republic Trousers in a sophisticaticated, versatile shade of heathered tan. (I should know: I'm a "heather"!) These pants are neither yellow khaki nor green drab, but a true neutral tan, flecked with lighter tan and subtle gray in a liner, three- season wool, perfect for any but the hottest days of summer in the South proper and the coldest days of Northeast winter. (Perfect for year-round wear in so many other places!) These trousers are lined and have been professionally hemmed, and can be let out or hemmed further without anyone being the wiser. No side pockets, they have a beautiful slim line, and have back pockets for a professional sillouette. Marked size 0 from Banana Republic, but they fit more like a 2 (or a *very curvy* two). Dry Clean only. Wool/ spandex. Would keep them, but I don't need so many suits or work trousers with my current position. Do you? They're so comfy with their thin waistband, you'll never know you look uber-professional!

New Timberland Dock shoes sz. 6
Description
My dad remembered me wearing these as a little kid-- only he got the brand wrong. I wore Sperry Docksiders, and as comfy as these are, they just don't fit my feet right. Only worn around the house to try to get used to them, but I can't find the box, so I can't return them. :-( Arch support inside, with a fast-drying fabric liner. All leather upper (and check out the length of those laces, depending on how you like to wear them!) and authentic "dock" soles that keep from slipping on the, you know, dock.

Professionally Made Large Curtain/ Shower Curtain/ Room Divider
Description
I had this curtain professionally made for my first apartment: it's a crisp, versatile fabric with "vivid pastels" that can be made girly, fun (I used fun fish as a complementary print), or- I was thinking hypothetically- in a baby's room. It's the size of a regular shower curtain, but very full, so that the fabric hangs in soft waves to off-set the block print. Every few inches, a stitched button hole is placed to hold a curtain ring or a shower curtain ring. It's made to let some light through if used as a curtain (though you could hang a white blackout curtain behind); as a shower curtain you'd need a liner of some sort. I've shown it in the pictures with both solid background (like an opaque white liner) or with a clear one/ no inner curtain.

Talbots 2P/0 classic wool skirt
Description
Talbots three-season black wool skirt. Fully-lined, inset zipper and elastic panels (short, ~2" panels in the waist band to ensure a flat, snug, tailored look- also to allow for that slice of chocolate cake you are eyeing...) </p> Two pleats on either side, this skirt is straight cut, but not a pencil. It's made to fasten around your waist, not below. The pleats allow you to sit comfortably, And a mid-center vent allows for you to really walk, and not totter. I'm 5'2" (with super long legs for my height), and it strikes me a few inches (2 or 3?) below my knees.</p> This is for work wear or for church- your all-purpose, well-made black wool skirt. Not so much an evening wear piece, and it probably wouldn't look right at school, either. But hard to beat for a wardrobe staple.</p> Just drycleaned.

Corduroy blazer S/XS
Description
Corduroy blazer from The Limited. Straight-cut, oversized style. Marked "2", I think, I would definitely call it a 4, and wear it over a mid-weight sweater. Good with jeans and boots, or maybe with dock shoes (Topsiders) for a little bit on a '80s throwback. 100% cotton, completely lined. Professionally cleaned (that's the tag you see over the Limited tag) before Rehashing.
