Only had it for a few months and barely used. I just have another purse I like better! It comes with the Coach care instructions as well. The main pocket is a zip closure and has one side pocket inside. The dark brown charms on the side are a bow and a tag that says Coach. The strap is adjustable and REALLY soft.
