Hi, I just LOVE this site and so thankful that it is FREE!!! I have met some wonderful people and made some great trades. I live in the country and work one day a week at a nursing home as a Records Clerk. I feel like I am helping others and try to do a good job. I trade & sell on the internet to supplement our income and get the things we want or need. We love to go camping, boating & fishing. I have posted some pics of our area and camping. You would not believe the thrill of getting a fish on your hook and reeling it in!!! lol

I have also made a couple horrible trades so want to post this to try to prevent it in the future. Unfortunately, not everyone sends good items. If your item is stained, ripped or torn in any way please inform me so that I do not purchase it. I will not be happy with this kind of trade. If I KNOW and decide myself to purchase it anyway that is one thing, but for you to deceive me and send me something I cannot use, is WRONG!!! I want to be happy with my trade as well as have you happy. I am not going to send you something that is useless. If my item has problems, I will list it letting you decide yourself. Some things like jeans are still usable and preferred, but…..for the most part my things are quality and I want quality, too. If it is a rag trash it, not try to con it off on others!!!

Also, please let me know the value of your item. I like to trade value for value. That way EVERYONE can feel GREAT about the trade and noone feels taken advantage of!!!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!! DO NOT SEND STAINED, RIPPED OR FUZZED items WITHOUT letting me know and getting my approval first. I DO NOT want these kinds of items. I have just gotten 2-3 trades of this kind. A couple we worked out, but one cost me about $15 without me getting ANYTHING. I DO NOT like those kinds of trades. PLEASE do NOT send them. I want to LIKE my swap. I want YOU to LIKE your swap! If there is something wrong with my item, I make it right. I have only had this happen 2 times. Anyone can miss things, but …. please check your item well, hold it up in the light if necessary! I LOVE swapping, but….it can get expensive if you get nothing in return! I don’t want to lose money! Thanks. Thanks to those of you who also work things out to still make swapping enjoyable even when there is slight problems.

I don’t know how to rebut on karma. I am VERY upset!!! I made a swap with Jessica. She sent a sweater that had been nice at one time. It had fuzzballs, big ones all over the inside. I was VERY dissatisfied to pull that out of the package when I THOUGHT I was getting a nice sweater. The sweater and a small purse costs me $45 in merchandise and $15 total shipping charges. I washed the sweater and some of the fuzzies came off but when I pulled it out to hang it up, there was a HUGE blood stain on the back of it. I was VERY upset. I checked her karma and she had good karma with the exception of a comment or 2 where she had sent others things that was not up to par when she shipped. I told her I was unhappy and wanted my skirt and that since she had sent a bad item she ought to pay my postage. I told her I did not want to give her bad karma and I waited quite awhile thinking about it before leaving it. She said she could not send the money and felt she should not have to. I asked her why I should be out postage of $15 when I sent her a nice item. So, she promised to put stamps in, none came. I thought about it for quite awhile before leaving the bad karma. I felt that others needed to know that she does not always check her things and that she ships items that are not acceptable, costing other people money and does not care that they have NOTHING to show for it!!! Now, she has not only taken me for $15, but also is defaming my character. She has lied in her karma for me. I did not send her undo notices, nor did I curse at her. That is NOT my style!!! I don’t like being lied about NOR taken advantage of. Obviously she does not either as someone took her and she hated it enough that she put her distaste of it in her profile and even used her status as a mom for NOT taking advantage of her, yet she took advantage of me without remorse and now even defames me!!! All I wanted was a good trade, that is all. I think I had EVERY right to expect that. If it was not a good trade, then I think I have EVERY right to expect her to make restitution.
