I think you should send another email out to past members encouraging them to use rehash again! When I received the last email the site wasn’t very active yet (which may have deterred some people). I think if they saw that it’s very active now and people have posted a lot of items, people who weren’t sure about coming back might be interested! :)

I’ve done that a few times now to about 5,000 members so far. I try to do like 500 per day at the most. The reason for that is I get more bounces that I’d like, and I don’t want email applications using that data to raise Rehash’s spam risk score. I started from the first user and have moved my way up, so I’m maybe at 2009 right now, which explains a lot.
