When i go to click on the arrow to go through the rehashes it does not let me, so it doesnt let me make offers either because if its not displayed within the few that are displayed i cant go and pick something else from that persons rehash. I basically can not scroll through peoples rehashes at all at this time or send people offers because of this. help ;) please

That’s strange, it’s definitely working. It’s possible that your browser is caching the old javascript which was having problems. Try clearing your cache.

In Firefox: Go to “Tools”, then select “Clear Recent History” and make sure “Cache” is selected.

In Safari: “Safari”, then “Empty Cache…”

In IE: Hmm. I don’t use Windows, but it’s probably under “Tools” and then “Delete history” or something like that.

Let me know if you try that and it doesn’t work. Also, you can try holding down the Shift key and pressing F5 once or twice.

yea i tried everything just now, tried doing update even on my windows. Cleared cache, everything. No such luck. I just got my computer back yesterday because i let the virus wear run out on it and just got it updated and new virus wear in. Dont know what is wrong but i still cant scroll through rehashes :-(

how do i check to be sure my java script is on? I did all the steps you told me to yesterday and then again this morning and i still cant scroll through rehashes. It stinks because i cant send offers or anything ;( maybe my java script is off or something? I never had this problem before but ive only been on here since the 20th of dec ;)

ohh and im using mozilla firefox. I went to tools and seen in options that my java is enabled. I tried to trouble shoot and mess around with my ca security system firewall and clear the cache from there as well. And still no scrolling ;( sorry i havent even properly introduced myself and im already being a pain. But i love this site and want to scroll lol

There is Java, and then there is JavaScript (two different things.) Make sure JavaScript is turned on. If it is, do me a favor and try doing it using a different browser and let me know if it works. At this point I’m trying to diagnose whether the problem you’re having is browser-related.

ok i updated my java script. My java is on and i tried using internet explorer 8 all with the same steps and still wont scroll. .... Ive been on google trying to diagnose since yesterday and fix and still no such luck ;(

Are you on your own page trying to scroll through your own items or on someone’s page trying to scroll through their items?

If you’re on someone else’s page, does the scrolling not work for your items, their items, or both?

I wish I could reproduce this error so I can troubleshoot it locally. I’ll work on getting this functional for you. In the meantime what you can do is contact someone who has something you want and ask them to instead make you an offer. Explain your predicament, I’m sure they’ll understand.

Sorry about this, it’s one of those programming moments where you’re looking through that code like a hawk and everything seems to be in place. It doesn’t help that you’re the only one experiencing this. I could say it’s your computer, but the fact that it worked for you before I made some updates leads me to believe it’s all (somehow) my fault.
