This is an awesome idea but is it only for US users? What if I send the stuff first and when the person receives it,they send? Is shipping expensive from US? I have some awesome coconut and wooden jewelry and I am looking for kids stuff.

You are absolutely able to trade from anywhere. Let people know where you are located during the trade discussions… most people would have no problem with that.
