It’s coming down to being a memory issue; we’re seemingly getting more traffic than the server is set to handle with the application’s current setup. The solutions are to upgrade the server specs (which will only suspend the problem) or to optimize the app. Optimizing is the path we’ll take for now, but it’ll take a little bit of time. There’s a memory leak in there somewhere, and my best guess is that it’s in the image processing area. BISCAYNE PARK, FL |
