samasaurus17 I’ve noticed that happens through mobile sometimes, it has to do with photo file and how it’s encoded. But you’re right, simple rotation editing should help you fix that so I’ll look into it.

I get the same thing in my FB Group. It takes up a vast amount of time to keep them out. Thanks for working on the notifications issue. I am not seeing any as new that I have previously viewed or answered. I am seeing three trades though when I know there should be only two new ones and one of which was already cancelled so, that would leave one.

I’ve noticed that (at least on iOS) if you use the “take photo” option and snap a photo with the camera right then and there it happens, but if you take the photos first, then when you go upload them you choose the “choose photo from library” option it works fine. I’ll look into fixing this, but in the meantime there’s a solution you may want to try.

Bulk delete is fixed. It had to do with deleted users… it’s always those damn deleted users.

I have a trade that has the status “waiting on you to ship”. I’ve swapped with sonia many times before so we combined 2 separate trades and shipped together. She has already left positive feedback for both trades but no buttons are showing up that allow me to click shipped and when I click on that trade is says waiting for to accept. How do I complete the trade, since all items have been shipped and positive feedback has been left?

Can you tell me the ID of the trade? You can find the ID by clicking on the trade and seeing the title bar, it’ll say “Trade #1234 :: Rehash”, or alternatively in the URL it will be the last thing after the last /, e.g. https://www.rehashclothes.com/users/1/trades/1
