That’s a memory limit error when trying to process the file. Can you email me the photo file you’re trying to upload? Email it to [email protected] BISCAYNE PARK, FL |

I think my next article needs to be “Photoshop Tips”... For starters: (1) Set your image size to 400 pixels by 400 pixels (you don’t need some monster hi-res image for us to decide if we like your stuff or not!) (2) Don’t just save as normal .jpg file. use the “Save for Web” option. Orlando, remember give a Rehasher a fish, you feed them one meal… TEACH them to fish and they can feed themselves. Or something like that… Lomita (near Los Angeles), CA |

Hey, this stuff happens sometimes. There’s probably just too many old BIG photos on the Rehash servers. Until the team gets it remedied, why don’t you just email eachother photos of the things that sound interesting? Don’t forget that you can always include links in your emails to photos loaded on other websites. Here is the format of the HTML code to use: Put a . (I can’t put it exactly, or you won’t be able to see it.) email me if you need help! a href=”www.nameofwebsite.com/filename>Click here Lomita (near Los Angeles), CA |

ALSO… you can help free up server space by going into your email boxes and deleting the thousands of old emails that you have sent and received. Every little bit will help… you’ve got nothing else to do, right? Lomita (near Los Angeles), CA |

This has nothing to do with hard disk space; of that there’s plenty of. This is a memory issue when analyzing the photo file. This is being looked into. Miami, FL |

I didn’t say “hard disk” space. I said “server space”. I was just hypothesizing since we often have that issue here at work and Rehash does host A LOT of photos for the users, that it might be reasonable to suggest that people stop wasting so much of the server space with hi-res photos and old emails. But since you’ve got plenty of memory, nevermind… Lomita (near Los Angeles), CA |

...besides, someone had to say SOMETHING to keep users on… we’re addicts here… we want answers REAL-TIME not hours later. BAH! Lomita (near Los Angeles), CA |

Half of my rehashes are loading with photos, but half of them aren’t. I keep getting a message saying that there was an error. I tried going back in and adding them in edit mode, again some worked and some didn’t. :( I really want to trade and if my pics aren’t up I won’t really be able to! |

Leilah, make sure you aren’t trying to load gargantuan photos. Resize them to be no bigger then 6” x 6” and make sure they are “Save for Web”. This usually helps. Lomita (near Los Angeles), CA |
