INC International Concepts (Macy's) putty colored convertible tube skirt/dress. Medium. Skirt 100% Rayon, waist 95% Rayon & 5% Spandex. Embellished (metal and embroidery). Never worn. Note: never worn or washed, but if you are directly under a light the back bottom of the skirt sometimes looks like the color is wavy down by the hem. I don't know how to describe it better.
