Like new condition. Metal zippers - high quality! 2 large zippered pockets, the middle area (open pocket), several pockets on each side (some mesh and some fabric). Fits inside your purse so that every time you switch purses you just put this inside and don't have to transfer everything. It also keeps you very organized! :)
