This is a brand new, unopened bottle of Vitacost Hair, Skin and Nails. My sister told me about this supplement after taking it to make her hair stop falling out. I took this supplement for a couple years and it works GREAT. After taking it for a month or two I noticed my hair grew faster and was healthier & stronger and less oily, my skin was healthier and glowed more, I had less acne, and my nails were stronger. I now have a super super healthy diet and have found I'm not deficient in any of the vitamins, minerals, or nutrients in this supplement anymore, so I stopped taking it. But if you're a normal person and not a complete health freak like me, I highly recommend this supplement for nice hair & skin and nails - it works well.
