Blingy cocktail ring - needs work

Description
Stone looks like dark sapphire, has a small chip, only visible up close. One rhinestone missing on band. Silver metal. Probably a size 8. The stone recently came out & I put it back in, but saw that one of the tines has moved a bit & that's why it came out. Not sure if the stone will stay in a long time if you don't bend the tine back with a small tool.
