just got into a hit and run, basically someone hit my car and drove away I was able to write down the license plate (advice?) anyone have something similar happen??

Get in touch with your auto insurance. They should be able to give you an idea of where to go from here. You’re lucky. I was in a hit and run and wasn’t able to get the license plate. :(
