marked as good because there is a little scuff mark on the back of one boot and very minor wear around the bottom edges, but since it is at the bottom only you can tell. Slightly slouchy. They are completely sold out of black. MINE ARE BLACK, NOT BROWN (the picture is just a stock photo)
