Lovely and ethereal Haley Bob blouse. Light beige color with ruching and ruffles along the collar. The material is very thin so it is sheer in the front and completely see through in the back! This fit me everywhere but the bust. :( It's actually kinda wide across, laying flat from armpit to armpit is 16 in. The length from the collar to the bottom is 19 in. If I were to wear this then my little girls would be on display when I turn to the side... :-D Care tag is missing so I don't know the fabric content but it has some slight stretch to it.
