Description:
I adore this skirt. It has a green underskirt and a blue overskirt with little blue flowers on it. The overskirt is transparent, which makes the color of the skirt overall very beautiful! It's ankle-length. I put it as meh because there are a few strings here and there, and because it's a tulle-ish material, there are a few picks. Overall, it still is quite beautiful and uber-wearable!
