I went to send a package today and was informed that USPS no longer offers Delivery Confirmation. However, if you ship priority there is a tracking number on the receipt for the package. Priority mail now appears to be as expensive as “Standard Post” if you check out the website:

Keep this price change in mind while making new trades!

I also went to the post office yesterday with the green delivery confirmation sticker on my packages. They informed me that they no longer used the green slips for delivery confirmation and that now it was just referred to as a tracking number.

Both my packages went first class I was allowed to add a tracking number, though now it’s $0.90.

$0.90 is rediculous for a tracking number =/ But of course, I’ll still use it on every package I send out. I’m raising my eBay shipping fees however to cover my business there.

I also went to the PO yesterday with 4 packages already “DC’d”, and I had to rip the DCs off =/

Yup, that adds almost a whole dollar to the shipping fees now.

Yes, and then your shipping fees for ebay are increased rate + tracking + fees on shipping (20%!!)... so then you get low ratings because shipping fees are so high.

Tracking is free with priority mail. It’s $0.90 for first class and parcel post.
