There seems to be a lot of new Rehashers either getting swaplifted or having problems on the site, so here’s a list of helpful points(and reminders!) to help make your Rehash experience safer, more fun, and better than before!

When you first join Rehash, it’s a good idea to visit this page. It can answer almost any question you can think of, and it’ll help you set up your profile—awesome!

Make frequent trips to the Forums, where you can interact with other Rehashers, ask questions, and participate in conversation. Also, site news or updates will be posted in your home area by either the site admins or the owner, Orlando.

Swap Etiquette

• When deciding who to first trade with, it’s best to choose a veteran trader: someone who has been on the site awhile and has a high positive feedback score(also known as Karma).
• Look for traders with a certain amount of swaps under their belt, say 50.
• Feel free to ask questions if the Rehasher has negative feedback.
• -GOLDEN RULE: Those with LESS Karma(feedback) ships FIRST. This rule is determined by number of good swaps, not percentage.

  Ex: Mary and Joan agree to a swap. Mary has 5 good swaps and a percentage of 100%. Joan has 54 good swaps and 98% karma. Who ships first? -Mary does. Even those she may have “perfect karm”, she still has fewer good swaps than Joan. So, Mary ships first.

  Ex: Louise and Jesse decide to swap. Jesse is new and begs Louise to ship first. While Jesse has no karma on Rehash and Louise has 20 good swaps, Jesse claims to have great feedback from other sites. What should Louise do? -Since Jesse has no feedback on this site, she ships first.

  Before leaving negative feedback, please contact the person you traded with and try to work it out. If the other trader is unwilling, rude, etc then the negative feedback is deserved.
• -Reminder: NO selling on Rehash, at all.
• -Reminder: Please do not list more than 2 or 3 “You Pick”, “You Choose”, “Care to Swap” Rehashes at once.
