Louise and Jesse decide to swap. Jesse is new and begs Louise to ship first. While Jesse has no karma on Rehash and Louise has 20 good swaps, Jesse claims to have great feedback from other sites. What should Louise do? -Since Jesse has no feedback on this site, she ships first.
