I bought this dress one Halloween with the intention of working some magic on it and fixing it up, but I never got around to it and the only time I wore it was to try it on. Only to find out it didn't fit me. I would say it's a larger medium. You could alter the bottom of it, so it doesn't look so witchy or keep it that way if you want.
