This is a size small black dress covered with a funky design of swirled colors. The fabric is a rayon-type material that gives the dress a flattering and casual drape. It's a fun summer dress and has a slightly ruffled hem. I wore it a bunch last season, but it's still in good condition. (Itchy tag has been removed.)
