By "Blue Asphalt" this skirt is made from 100% acetate- which means it's that material that is kinda like wind breaker material and it changes colors as the material moves. It's hard to explain, but I think it's a BEAUTIFUL skirt. It's a deep, gorgeous maroon red that has black/dark dark red "highlights" to it when you move and where shadows form. It goes past the knees and has a string looped through small belt loops that ties. Zippers in the back. ** The reason it's "Good" condition is because there is a tear in the back seam starting at the bottom of the zipper (see pic below). It can be easily sown back with red or black thread- I just don't have the time and no where to wear this skirt anyhow.
