This is a plus size nurse costume/lingerie. I wore it for a Halloween costume last year. Now, the tag says 3x/4x, but I typically wear a 1x. It's stretchy, and while I think it could STRETCH to wear a 4x, I didn't want it to be SUPER clingy, and it fit me perfectly without any problem. Comes with a REAL stethoscope (didn't come with originally), and a tie-on nurse hat. VERY cute, good-quality outfit.
